When You'll Get Your Quote

Can I rent for a single day?
Yes. Standard units, deluxe units and ADA units all rent by the day. Weekend rates apply Friday through Sunday. Delivery and service fees still apply even for short rentals.
What if I don't know exactly how many units I need?
Call us with your headcount or crew size and we'll calculate it. OSHA rules tell us the math. For a construction crew of 30 people, you'd need two standard units. For a 200-person wedding, you'd want three to four depending on event length.
Is delivery included in the quote?
Delivery and a service fee appear as separate line items. Both vary by location and rental length. The farther from Tallahassee city center you are - like Wacissa (22.0 miles southeast) - the higher the delivery cost.
Do you offer discounts for longer rentals?
Monthly rentals always cost less per week than weekly rentals. Multi-unit orders also get better pricing. Ask us about your specific project.
Can I upgrade units mid-rental?
Yes. If you start with standard and want to switch to deluxe or ADA, call and we'll adjust the bill. If you're scaling up to more units, we'll add them. Changes are prorated by day.
